The Role:
Our client is recruiting for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to take the reins on shift for their busy factory that suppliers the major retail multiples.
The Candidate:
You will have the ability and demonstrable experience, to lead a large team of people, the credibility to influence and motivate others daily and be someone who actively seeks out solutions and contributes actively to business improvement.
